Campaign Management
1. Creating Your First Survey
To start a new campaign, navigate to the Survey Workspace and click on the "New Campaign" button. You can define your survey title, description, and the questions you want to ask your audience.

2. Multi-Channel Deployment
CAIRA supports deployment via various channels to maximize your reach:
- Web Links: Distribute a public link via social media or messengers.
- Batch Jobs: Upload a CSV of participants to send personalized invites via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- API Integration: Trigger survey sends programmatically through our developer endpoints.
3. Managing Participants
Use the "Upload Participants" feature to schedule batch sends. You can track the status of each notification in real-time to ensure your campaign is progressing as planned.
